Agentic filing workflow

End-to-end path for an agent. None of these APIs are live until Q1 2027.

1. Agent runs knockout (knockout search, free + API key).
2. If clear enough for product policy → agent collects application data + human contact email.
3. Agent pays via X402 and places the order.
4. US attorney reviews; human signs declarations.
5. Attorney files (bots do not access USPTO filing systems).
6. Optional: support filings later via support filings.

Knockout (mark + class)
  → Collect application data + human contact email
  → Pay with X402 and place order
  → US trademark attorney reviews; human signs declarations
  → Attorney files at USPTO
  → Optional support filings later

Compliance

• USPTO regulations ban AI bots from accessing the USPTO online filing system. FreeTrademarkAPI does not send bots into USPTO filing tools.
• Applicants located outside the United States are required to hire a US-licensed attorney to file US trademarks.
• Knockout is not a full clearance opinion.
